The site and any content herein is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without reference to conflict of laws principles.  You agree by using the site that the only proper jursdiction and venue for any dispute with Prairieview Law or as relates to this site is solely within state and/or federal courts in Wisconsin, U.S.A., and you agree to the personal jursidisdiction of these courts.  Before seeking legal recourse, you must contact us and give us 30 days to cure before initiating action.  Any claim and/or cause of action must be initiated within one (1) year after the claim has arisen or will be barred; however, this provision does not supersede any other rights you may have under Federal and/or State law that is unrelated to this website.
